The Kushy Process
1. TELL US
Start with a catering inquiry. Share your vision, guest count,
budget and style.
2. WE PLAN
This is where I get to play. I'll take what you've shared and create a custom menu that feels like you.
3. YOU CONFIRM
Once we've landed on the menu and experience, you'll receive your final proposal and reserve your date with a deposit.
4. We Deliver
When your day arrives, we'll take care of the food and the details included in your service. You relax and enjoy while we take care of everything.

Pineapple Honey Jerk Chicken
with Creamy Pasta
Marinated jerk chicken, glazed in a mild-heat sweet jerk sauce with pineapple, honey, mixed peppers, and onions. Served over a bed of rich, creamy pasta that balances every bit of that subtle heat. Topped with a cucumber mango salsa for an extra sweet crunch. Sweet, savory, a little smoky, with just enough kick to keep you coming back for another bite. Contains dairy.
